Summary
The WILLWARN system is a decentralized warning system for road vehicles. Relevant information is automatically detected in vehicles or by infrastructure systems and distributed by a wireless decentralized communication network. There is no central intelligence for combining of data, validation, or control of information flow. This has to be done in each participating communication unit. The Warning Management Module (WMM) specified in the deliverable plays the main role in these tasks.
This document has been written along with a first test implementation.
After a description of the methodology, it describes an updated view of the WILLWARN system architecture. A description of the algorithms is given based on the object oriented structure.
