Technical Abstract
This document is an accompanying report to deliverables D32.1a and D32.1b which concern the SP’s dissemination material and the related issues. These issues include the launching of LATERAL SAFE website and logo (Month 4) and the preparation of relevant leaflets and posters (Month 10) and correspond to the notation D32.1a and D32.1b, respectively. Moreover, the plans regarding LATERAL SAFE presenatation in conferences and journals are also described in this report. ICCS was the key contractor, responsible for this dissemination deliverable. The course of creation of the dissemination material is as follows: for the logo a number of candidate logos was released to the consortium and the final decision is the one presented in this report, the website was also created by ICCS although all partners contributed with material related to their work and expertise, similar process was carried out for the creation of the leaflets and posters with ICCS proposing to the consortium and after sequential interaction of opinions the final versions were released. The process of paper presentations in different scientific events is an open one throughout the whole duration of the SP with partners encouraged to proceed in such actions. In this document the generic strategy of LATERAL SAFE in preparation of papers is briefly reported together with the work in this field accomplished up to this point.
