Executive summary
The technical implementation plan is a document which defines how the COMPOSE consortium results will be used and exploited in on-going and future activities of all involved partners and how they intend to use the project results in their further research and development and product marketing strategies.
PReVENT, and hence COMPOSE, was set-up as a research project on preventive safety systems in the automotive domain. Since it is a rather long period from research to the production run of a commercially available product in the automotive industry, it is often hard to say which future marketing implications arise from today’s achieved project results and if these results prove to be directly exploitable or require additional research in the field.
As a consequence, this report tries to show possible and logical ways, how the achieved knowledge can be exploited either directly by the involved partners or where additional research work is required. The document will point out which benefits have been gained already and which future developments, either products or research activities, enabled by the PReVENT research project activities are possible and can be expected.
