Executive summary
Testing and evaluation of the developed range camera demonstrator was conducted by five different sub-project partners. According to the nature of the UseRCams vertical sub-project (which aimed at sensor development rather than application design), all test activities were devoted to technical validation of the camera performance in comparison with its pre-assigned specifications (cf. UseRCams deliverable D52.300 Camera Requirements and Specifications) which were derived in view of certain vehicle-based target applications.
