Abstract
The INSAFES Validation plan outlines the final evaluation tests and validation procedures.
The tests are designed to cover various INSAFES subsystems or units, different users, different context of use, etc, but the main focus lies on functional performance and usability.
The validation plan has been formulated following the methodology developed by the PReVAL SP and consists of the following three main parts:
- Technical performance assessment
- Human factors evaluation
- Safety impact assessment.
