PReVENT IP was launched with great fanfare in February. Not since the days of PROMETHEUS over 10 years ago, has there been such an ambitious concerted attempt to find technological solutions to the problem of safety on the roads: eleven separate projects work under the PReVENT umbrella and more are expected to join under the second phase of the project.
