ADASIS Forum General Assembly
Anyone with an interest in ADAS applications should attend the ADASIS Forum General Assembly, to be held Thursday, 23 June at ERTICO.
Set up in 2002, the ERTICO-coordinated ADASIS Forum plays a major role as the user forum of the activities of the EC-funded, ERTICO-coordinated MAPS&ADAS project, a subproject of PReVENT Integrated Project. It is looking at the future implementation of the ADAS Horizon concept - use of digital maps as a predictive sensor to enable/enhance preventive and active safety applications by extending driver and on-board sensors horizon - by means of a standardised interface between ADAS applications and digital maps.
The ADASIS Forum is currently composed of 23 members, including key stakeholders coming from four main industry sectors: vehicle manufacturers, ADAS suppliers, navigation system suppliers and digital map manufacturers. The Forum is open to all new Members and all are invited to participate in the 23 June event.
