Executive Summary
Within the SAFELANE project the technology for a safe, reliable, highly available, acceptable and legally admissible onboard lane keeping support system for use in commercial and passenger vehicles on motorways and rural roads has been developed through the cooperation between numerous partners ranging from vehicle manufacturers to scientific institutes. This document focuses on the future deployment of the developed technology, planed by vehicle manufacturers and automotive suppliers involved in the project.
