This paper shows the results of the specification of the standardized MAPS&ADAS interfaces for in-vehicle navigation and advanced driver assistance systems. It gives an overview about the standard and describes the four different implementations for the standard as well as the benefits of the usage of it.
Considerations on the realization of map based advanced in-vehicle applications are also given (ACC).
